TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our Terms and Conditions are applicable to all transactions made on our website. Please read through these Terms and Conditions before placing your order. Do Better Everyday Limited reserves the right to change prices may change from time to time without any pre-warning.
We will send you an email confirming your order as soon as possible after checkout. Please note that acceptance of your order will take place once payment has been made. In the unlikely circumstance we'd be unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself when you placed the order.
Ensure that you check your cart and delivery information are correct before confirming your order as we may not be able to amend your order once submitted.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders that are in stock are processed and generally dispatched within 3 working days, from the UK, once the payment has cleared. For bulk orders, this will be processed and dispatched within 8-10 working days from when the payment is cleared.
The delivery period is 2-3 working days within the UK although this may differ for bulk/large orders. Standard delivery charges are specified upon checkout and differ depending on if this is outside or inside of the UK. The delivery period will vary for other locations outside of the UK. We try to ensure that orders are delivered within the specified time scales however, in some occasions delays occur outside of our control. Do Better Everyday Limited will be under no liability for any delay or failure of products not being delivered within the specified time scale, if it is beyond our control.
Countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country in question as payment may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will be returned back to Do Better Everyday Limited and refunded. A shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

Order cancellations or Changes
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please note that the cancellation of your order will not be able to be processed through the website once your order has been made. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place the order and ends 14 days from the day the goods are delivered to you. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. Please note that once the product has been delivered the order will be subject to our Return and refunds policy below.
If an item ordered was purchased as part of a promotion or discount, upon cancellation or return of your order, you may no longer be entitled to receive the promotion or discount initially applied.
Do Better Everyday Limited has the right to reject or cancel your order and reserve the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons:
The product is not available or is not in stock
Your billing information i not correct or verifiable
Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
We were unable to deliver to the address provided
In the event of any misspelling, pricing or other error or mistake in the website information
Return and refunds policy
Do Better Everyday Limited offers a 14 days return policy for all items for a full refund of the cost of the item, provided they are unused. We offer refund to customers if we are informed within 14 days of a customer receiving their goods that they would like to return the item. The customer then has 14 days to return the goods. Do Better Everyday Limited will provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product back.
We aim to give 100% customer satisfaction and aim to rectify all customer issues. If you receive the order and you would like to exchange the product for an alternative size this should also be done within the 14 day period.
Do Better Everyday Limited owns all intellectual property rights in the website and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws worldwide. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Do Better Everyday's website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is not a transfer of title and under this permission you may not: modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purposes or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); remove any copyright notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another or mirror the materials on any other server. This permission shall automatically terminate if any of the restrictions are violated and may be terminated by Do Better Everyday at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of the permission, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether this is in electronic or printed form.
