Stop and embrace life, stop and be grateful, stop and do the things that I enjoy to do. But instead I chose to be stressed. I chose to keep going. I chose to keep working harder until the moment when I heard...


Then I realised that I don't have to be stressed. I realised that I don't have to be burnt out. I realised that it is okay to rest. That it is okay to STOP. But we live in a generation where we don't like to rest. A generation that we are told stress is good for you, in fact stress is the best. We are made to believe that rest is not good for you or you might just be classified as "lazy" or the opposite of a hard worker, whatever that is. But I don't choose stress. And I am making the decision to tell everyone that is reading this post, 'don't choose stress, even if stress chooses you'.

Take a second and just breathe out all of the stress.

1,2,3... now STOP!

From today say no to stress and say yes to rest anytime that you need it.
